Background
This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Accident Claims Department trading as Apollo Claims Ltd, the owner(s) of this Web Site. Our areas of work
We are authorised and regulated by the financial conduct authority in respect of claims management activities for the purposes of seeking out referrals.

Personal injury is a regulated activity, however, please note credit hire, vehicle recovery, vehicle storage & vehicle repair are non-regulated activities which we market. We do not give legal advice; Our service is limited to marketing & general administration prior to you receiving services from a car hire company or law firm on our panel.
Our panel of car hire companies terms with you would be less than 90 days.

If you choose to instruct our panel members to make claim/s or repairs on your behalf then you need to be aware that we are not the service provider and any terms and conditions are between you and them.

You do not need to use a claims management company to make a claim for personal injury or car hire/ services. You have the right to pursue a personal injury claim yourself as a litigant in person, through your own insurance company or through the other party’s insurance. For vehicle-related matters, you can process a claim via your own insurance company or the other parties. You do not need to use our panel members.

We are paid marketing fees by our panel members for a successful introduction. Apollo Claims Ltd trading as Accident Claims Department will not charge you for our service.

How we will assist you
Apollo Claims Ltd trading as accident claims department provides this site, AccidentClaimsDepartment.co.uk, as part of an introductory service that aims to put you in touch with a car hire company who may be able to offer their services to you following an accident. We will not charge you anything for doing this.

If we feel we cannot help you, we will let you know, and of course you are free to seek alternative options elsewhere. If our panel members advise you they cannot help you, you are free to seek alternative Legal/Professional advice elsewhere.

Any resulting contract that you enter into for car hire services will be with one of our panel solicitors, not Apollo Claims Ltd trading as Accident Claims Department. Apollo Claims Ltd therefore, do not accept any responsibility or related liability for any advice given to you or other work carried out on your behalf, by our panel of car hire companies that you chose to appoint, however if you have any complaints about any of our panel members, please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues. You are under no obligation to instruct any of our panel members that we have recommended to you.

Our panel members pay for marketing, call handling and other introductory services. This does not affect your statutory rights or the services you receive from our recommended panel member.

Contacting Us
When telephoning us we inform you that calls may be recorded and used for internal training and regulatory compliance purposes only.

Our policy against abusive calls
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards the abuse of our employees who have a right to carry out their work without fear of being abused. Malicious or abusive calls are a criminal offence under Section 43 of the Telecommunications Act 1984, and Apollo Claims Ltd will not hesitate to report such acts to the police.
